Welcome!!
Today I´m going to talk about Steve Irwin:

Stephen Robert Irwin, nicknamed "The Crocodile Hunter" was an Australian zookeeper, conservationist, and television personality. Irwin died at 44, after being pierced in the heart by a stingray barb while filming an underwater documentary film titled Ocean's Deadliest.
He was involved with the wildlife since he was a child because his parents were in that area, his parents started a small park of reptiles and wildlife of Queensland. He began to handle crocodiles at the age of nine after his father had taught him about reptiles from an early age. Also at the age of nine, he fought with his first crocodile.
Steve Irwin toured the most remote areas of the state of Queensland in search of troubled crocodiles, which he captured as if it were a wrestling match in order to bring them to a safe place.
At the end of the years 90, Steve Irwin and his wife, Terri Raines, produced the documentary series "The Crocodile Hunter", which became one of the star programs of "Animal Planet".
He had created a foundation for the preservation of wildlife, "Wildlife Warriors Worldwide", and sponsored a hospital for wild animals.
